Resistance Recess

If you’re new to the concept, Resistance Recess is a project powered by MoveOn that enables ordinary folks to find their local representatives while they are home in their local districts during the Congressional recess.

“From now until Feb. 26 members of the new Congress are back home for their first recess — let’s raise our voices.”

This link takes you to the page where you can enter your zip code and find local meetings where you can make your voice heard.

  • Anna Eshoo will be in Campbell Saturday March 4, from 10:30 to 11:30.
  • Ro Khanna will be in Fremont, Wednesday February 22 at 7:30 pm
  • There are other events in SF and Oakland
  • I find Dianne Feinstein’s website impossible, and some of the SF events are being held without her.
  • Kamala Harris’s page is better, but I still don’t see a calendar of events. Maybe Senators don’t have recess engagements.
